Our Services

At PremierPMI, we offer a comprehensive selection of general insurance products from a top-tier panel of insurers. We continually review and update the insurers on our panel to ensure that you receive the most relevant options. Our Service Approach

As an insurance intermediary, we act as your trusted advisor. Our primary focus is understanding your specific needs and recommending a product that aligns perfectly with those needs. We work on your behalf, not the insurers, ensuring that your best interests are always at the forefront of our recommendations.

Transparent Pricing

At PremierPMI, we do not charge any fees for our services. Instead, we receive a commission directly from the insurer, which is a percentage of the total annual premium. This approach allows us to provide you with valuable advice and support without any additional financial burden.

PremierPMI operates under the trading style of Premier Insurance Services Limited (“PIS”) and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). PIS FCA registration number is 305009, and we are authorized to arrange transactions in general insurance. Ensuring Accuracy and Disclosure

We emphasize the importance of reviewing the information provided to ensure its accuracy and completeness. It is crucial to disclose all material information relevant to your application. Failure to disclose such information may lead to the insurer rejecting any subsequent claim. If you receive incorrect or incomplete information or if any changes are required, please notify PIS immediately.

Registration of Business Documents

For your convenience, we provide copies of contract notes and any other transaction evidence upon request. You are welcome to inspect your records during our business hours, with reasonable notice. We retain records for seven years from the date of the last insurance contract.

Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII)

In compliance with FCA requirements, we maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) to protect you in the event of any negligence on our part.

Handling of Client Money

We do not handle client money. We recommend that policyholders make direct payments to the insurers for their policies.

Managing Conflicts of Interest

While we offer independent advice, situations may arise where we or our other customers have interests that could conflict with your own. If such a conflict arises, we will promptly inform you and seek your consent before proceeding with your instructions.

Providing Instructions and Terminating the Business Relationship

You can provide instructions relating to any form of business or terminate our relationship with PIS at any time. Written communication ensures clarity and avoids confusion, but we also accept oral instructions, which we will confirm in writing. Termination of our business relationship can be initiated.

How We Use Your Information

At PremierPMI, we value the privacy and protection of your personal and financial information. The information you provide will be used to assist your adviser in offering you the best advice as required by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. We handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is provided along with this document.

Your Rights in Respect of Our Use of Your Information

You have various rights regarding your information. These include the right to access your information through a data subject access request, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to have your information erased (to be forgotten), the right to object to or restrict our processing of your information, and the right to information portability.
